About WMC Fbomb is an intersectional teen feminist media platform created by and for socially conscious youth. Back Voices. About WMC Climate positions the people climate change affects the most — women and people of color — front and center.

In a remarkable small-world story, a decade passed before Novogratz was in Rwanda as a consultant for UNICEF and the World Bank where she saw a small child in the street, wearing a familiar-looking sweater. Indeed, the name tag was hers. To date, we've supported nearly Acumen Fellows across lines of race, class, ethnicity, religion and ideology. They are a beautiful group, full of vision and grit, and a determination to do what is right, not easy.

The group itself enables individual leaders to endure the loneliness that is part of the work. Take this all together and you see our mission to do what it takes to build a world in which all of us have the chance to dream and to flourish, not from a place of easy sentimentality but through a commitment to using the tools of capitalism and the attributes of moral leadership to focus on doing what it takes, and no less.

She explains why it's the key to unlocking transformative change, no matter where you are. TED curator Chris Anderson discusses the transformative power of speaking to an audience from the heart. Novogratz addresses the most common hurdles faced by those who want to do good—and shares ideas to successfully move through those challenges.

Manifesto for a Moral Revolution Manifesto for a Moral Revolution provides a moral compass for creating change in an interdependent world — one that requires us to renew our institutions, starting with how we define success.
