Where is amdusias located

I have not got a vial though, where is that located? I knew i had to be missing something in that room but i was running around for ages and never found a vial. I gather that clears the barrier from the other door aswell? On the outside of each room there is a nameplate. Amdusias, Fendrel, Benedict, and Francis iirc. If you have not gotten the vial of blood then go to Amdusias' room and it should be plainly visible on the nightstand.

If it's not there then you must have picked it up. Check your inventory and go to the quest items tab and look if it is in the list. If you check the room and it's not there and it isn't in your inventory then try reading all the journals esp. Benedict's one because it may be a prompt for the vial to appear. After you get the vial, follow the steps I listed in my previous post.

Sorry dint think you would post so fast haha. Well the barrier was still in the way when i was playing it last night, so when i get home ill check my invetory and Amadusias's room again to make sure.

If i had the vial though would the barrier not clear? No problem. The barrier you see is not the next part of the quest. Straight down the hallway there is a door, it leads to Amdusias where you will fight him. The hallway you came down to get to the living quarters leads to the barrier, Amdusias, the library, and the living quarters. The sequence should be; 1.

Get vial in Amdusias' room. Grab key from same room. Exit bedroom and go down to the bottom of the stairs to the bottom of the room and look around till you find a chest. Open chest and read book. Go to librarian, give book, then get the second book.

Go through door that leads to Amdusias mindread him if you want to open his chest which has his armor , run and flip to avoid most of his breath attacks and grab the dragon scales. Either immediately press pause and read the book you got from the librarian which will turn Amdusias human or run and flip all the way back to the hallway and heal up and save before turning him human.
